Goget cares about your privacy. For this reason, we collect personal data only as it might be needed for us to deliver to you our products, services and websites. (collectively, our “Services”). What information do we collect and why?

We collect information so that we can provide the best possible experience when you utilize our Services and to be able to fulfil our undertakings with you. We collect the following personal data:

  • Support Data: when you request assistance from our customer support team (name, email, address, phone number);
  • Form Data: when you complete contact forms or request newsletters or other information from us (name, email, address);

We may contact you directly regarding products or services you have signed up for or purchased from us, such as necessary to deliver transactional or service related communications. We may also contact you with offers for additional services we think you will find valuable if you give us consent, or where allowed based upon legitimate interests. Website analytics

We use web analytics tools provided by service partners such as Google Analytics to collect information about how you interact with our websites. We use the information provided by these tools to improve our Services. These tools place persistent cookies in your browser to identify you as a unique user the next time you visit our website. Each cookie cannot be used by anyone other than the service provider (ex: Google for Google Analytics). The information collected from the cookie may be transmitted to and stored by these service partners on servers in a country other than the country in which you reside. Though information collected does not include personal data, the information collected is used and shared by these service providers in accordance with their individual privacy policies. You can control the technologies we use by utilizing settings in your browser or third-party tools.

Security, Storage and Retention of Personal Data

Security
Goget is committed to protecting the security of your personal information. However, while we take reasonable precautions to guard the personal information we collect, no security system is impenetrable.

Goget takes precautionary measures to help prevent information about you from loss, theft, misuse and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration and destruction. We also ensure that our third-party data center vendors provide adequate security measures. Additionally, your data is protected with encryption, such as Transport Layer Security (TLS), during transition over the Internet. Please note, your password is stored using salting and hashing technology, which means that it cannot be recovered (or disclosed) by anyone, including Goget, it can only be reset.

You can only access your Goget account information and our service using an individual user login and password. To protect the confidentiality of personal information, you must keep your password confidential and not disclose it to any other. You should always log out and close your browser when you finish your session.

Storage
The Service is hosted and operated in the European Union/ European Economic Area (EU/EEA).

Retention
Goget will retain personal data only for as long as necessary to provide the Services you have requested and thereafter for a variety of legitimate legal or business purposes. These might include retention periods:

  • mandated by law, contract or similar obligations applicable to our business operations;
  • for preserving, resolving, defending or enforcing our legal/contractual rights; or
  • needed to maintain adequate and accurate business and financial records, which is our legitimate interest.

You may request to close the user account that you have registered with us, in which the following conditions apply:

  • All products and services must be cancelled prior to closure. If there are any active products or services in the account, the account cannot be closed.
  • Any active licenses will be forfeit.
  • You will no longer be able to log into your account after it is closed.

How you can access, update or delete your data

To easily access, update and delete your personal data (where available), please sign in to your Account (https://admin.gogetcorp.com/) and check account settings.

If you make a request to delete your personal data and that data is necessary for the products or services you have purchased, the request will be honored only to the extent it is no longer necessary for any Services purchased or required for our legitimate business purposes or legal or contractual record keeping requirements.

Upon closing your account, you may request that your personal data be deleted. It may take up to 30 days for account data to be deleted. After deletion, you will no longer be able to access your account and your account will be unrecoverable.

If you have questions or objections about specific types of personal information we control, and no opt-out mechanism is available to you (e.g. purchases, support), you may exercise your right to object by sending an email to privacy@gogetcorp.com.

Data Protection Authority

If you are a resident of the (EEA) and believe we maintain your personal data subject to the GDPR you may direct questions or complaints to The Swedish Data Protection Authority.
